The Square House is a detatched mews style house. It offers spacious and modern accommodation for up to 12 people over 2 floors. With 6 bedrooms and no sofa beds in sight.
The ground floor comprises
Entrance hall, lounge with large leather sofas, armchair and beanbags, period fireplace & multi fuel burner, TV Radio & DVD player. Dining room with large dining table and chairs. Modern fitted kitchen equipped with everything you would expect at home, large range style cooker with electric oven and gas hob, large american style fridge freezer with ice and drink dispenser, dishwasher, washing machine, microwave, kettle and toaster. So whether you want to eat out at Fifteen every night or play Jamie Oliver at home everything is catered for.
There is also a conservatory with an extra seating area and one double bedroom and a modern fitted bathroom with corner bath.
The first floor comprises
One Double, one twin, one twin (bunk beds), one twin en-suite and one double en-suite. All the beds are comfortable with egyptian cottonbed linen. All the rooms have plenty of storage with wardrobes and all apart from the bunk room have bedside tables. The en-suites have large glass bricked walk in showers. There is also a further large modern bathroom with shower over the bath.
Outside.
There is an enclosed courtyard with a decked area and parking space for 1 car, you will also find a barbeque to throw your shrimps on after a hard days surfing, table and chairs, and washing line.We also have space for a further three cars next to the courtyard
Once your cars are parked you are unlikely to need it again as everything you need is on the doorstep.

The Tall House is a lovingly restored mid-terraced victorian house with beautiful views over Newquay Bay. It offers spacious and modern accommodation for up to 8 people over 3 floors. With 4 double bedrooms and not a bunk bed in sight, along with WiFi broad band& Sky+.
The ground floor comprises
Entrance hall, lounge with large corner sofa & a huge pouf, period fireplace, TV with Sky + Radio & DVD player. Dining room with large dining table and chairs. Modern fitted kitchen with granite worktops and oak floor equipped with everything you would expect at home, built in cooker, hob, dishwasher, washing machine, fridge freezer, microwave, kettle and toaster. The kitchen also has a small sofa along with another dining area.
The first floor comprises
2 doubles & one twin. All the beds are comfortable and the bed linen is egyptian cotton. All the rooms have plenty of storage with wardrobes and bedside tables.There is also a large modern bathroom with double ended luxury bath large seperate shower.
The second floor comprises
An en-suite bedroom with a six foot luxury leather bed.
Outside.
To the rear of the property there is a lovelly walled garden with a small lawn and a large decked area, a BBQ, table and chairs & washing line.
To the front of the property there is a block drive with parking for 1 large car or 2 small cars.
Once your cars are parked you are unlikely to need them again as everything you need is on the doorstep.

M5 to Exeter. Then take A30 to Cornwall.
Stay on A30 till junction marked Highgate Hill for A39/A392 to Newquay and Indian Queens.
At roundabout take 3rd exit marked Newquay/Wadebridge.
At next roundabout marked ‘Halloon’ take 2nd exit for Newquay A392.
On reaching Quintrell Downs go straight across roundabout past Morrisons superstore and on to Trevemper Bridge roundabout.
At Trevemper Bridge roundabout continue straight over (right-hand fork of roundabout) staying on A392
Pass petrol station on the right and again straight over next roundabout (boating lake on right-hand side)
Continue on up Gannel Link Road hill to next roundabout; continue straight over roundabout on to Higher Tower Road.
Continue along Tower Road until you see Surfers Paradise then turn immediately right onto Hope Terrace.
Continue down Hope Terrace as the road bends around to the right for the Square House take the left hand turn into Alma Place signposted to the Harbour.
You should now see Sainsburys on your left, turn immediately right in front of the Cyber Surf internet café. This is Chapel Hill, go past Broad Street and The Manor Road Launderette, The Square House is the first house on the right.
For the Tall House continue down Hope Terrace and follow it around to the right and then carry straight on past Dimenions (Electrical Store) the Tall House is then 150 yards on your left.
